That's awesome and inspiring. I started on April 27th and as of this morning I'm down 22lbs as well...but I have no where near the visual improvement that you do...I'm jealous!0

Do you lift weights? I'm pretty sure that's what is doing it for me. I've lost weight in the past but only with cardio and I just got "skinny fat"0 -
I know I need to add weights in, I've just never done it before. I've basically just been doing a lot of walking, bike riding, and squats. Any weight lifting suggestions/techniques that can be done by a beginner at home would be awesome!0

I personally do Les Mills Pump but from what I understand that program isn't available anymore because Les Mills split ties with Beachbody. I've done Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and its awesome too. Incorporates some weights so its a good one to start out with!0 -
