How to create a BASIC Vision Boards for Weight Loss..STEP #4

At this point you're ready to photograph your vision board. Take a picture and make copies. Send it to your email and print it off in color. Print several copies in several sizes. Set is as your desktop wallpaper and send it to your phone and tablet. Have hard copies and put one on the refrigerator, dresser in your bedroom, the bathroom mirror.. hang a smaller version on your rear view mirror or anywhere you'll see it easily. Even at work at your desk if possible. Do this so that as you walk through your day you will see it and mentally you can quickly boost your meditation time by refocusing and thinking good thoughts, which generate good feelings which help you manifest your goal and assist in keeping you on track.

A word of caution here though: Only place your board copies in places where they won't be easily noticed by others who will be judgemental or critical of your goals. The old saying of thought flows where energy goes is true, and another person's negative energy can negatively affect yours, thus slowing down your progress. Be selective over where you place your photos.... I carry one in my wallet, so that every time I take it out, I see the photo stuck in a credit card slot.
