Hi All! I'm not sure about the rest of you, but I know I could use a little more commitment to my workout. My target area is my stomach. I want a 4-pack by the middle of August! I have created a group called the 30-Day Stomach Reveal, which members will post a "before" and "after" pic. This is to hold members more accountable for their goal of flattening their stomach.
