Hello I am Heather and I got sick and was put on prednisone for 3 years and gained 110 pounds . I now have steroid induced diabetes and am off meds and trying to lose and find the me I lost. I am down 27 pounds from my diabetes diagnosis but still have a bunch more to go. Hit me up could use the motivation.

    I'm new to the group too! I'm inching toward 50 and while I'm really lucky to be healthy find that I am really struggling with my weight and body image. So crazy because I thought when I got this age I would be done with the negative body image thoughts. This is my day 2 of trying to eat healthy limit alcohol and get back to a better weight for me.
