Rarely get hunger cues

I started low carb high fat on Friday. I've been obese since nov 2009 after having my first son. I'm 5'5" and was 185lbs before getting pregnant and was 225 a few weeks after. I stayed 225lbs after my second son in oct 2011 and at 31 years old in 2014 I had my daughter and have stayed at 250lbs since then. I got real serious about my diet on Friday and realized previous attempts at low carb I was trying to do low carb and low fat but high protein. I haven't been hungry at all since Friday and only once has my stomach growled from being hungry. I don't know if I've been eating to excess so long that I can't recognize my subtle hunger cues or what. I pretty much have 2 cups of coffee with cream for breakfast and then lunch with the kids and dinner with the kids and my husband. and usually a snack once a day. I am keeping my carbs to about 30 total because of the veggies and cheese I eat. I'm not hungry and I never really feel full either, I just eat the food I set out for myself. I didn't get the carb withdrawal symptoms at all when I started Friday. I'm trying to figure out if my body will eventually reset itself to let me know I'm hungry and when I'm full.

You want to be hungrier? Eat more carbs.
Seriously, the reduced hunger and cravings are the secret sauce of low-carb diets. It's normal.
Don't feel like you have to eat. Sometimes the hunger will show up the day after a low-calorie day.
The way I usually gauge my hunger is by how much I eat once I have a meal. Also, what I eat tells me something too. For example, I was never a huge fan of broccoli, but I'll eat a plate-full when I'm hungry.0 -
I've been doing lchf for a few months now, I'm almost never hungry. Seriously, it's normal and awesome and it is so so helpful. Track your calories, if you're constantly below 800 ish then you need to be conscious of that. But if your weekly average looks pretty close to your daily goal then I wouldn't sweat it.0
