When I weighed in Saturday I weighed the same exact weight down to the ounce from last week... I hadn't lost a single ounce... Needless to say I was pissed
I ate more this weekend (a lot more)... I weighed myself today and I was down from 223.4 to 222.8 so almost half a pound in 2 days... I wasn't eating enough calories for how much I was exercising... I was so excited to see the scale had moved. Yay for eating more :drinker:

Many times a carb refill causes a flush of water stored in fat cells.
Whoosh effect. Good job seeing it.
But always remember to measure inches, as that may see more progress than scale usually.0
