I have been enjoying my garden strawberries with coconut cream as a decadent high fat breakfast or snack this week. My carb goal is relatively high compared to many but while the berries are fine I learned from my last keto attempt that I have to stay away from artificial sweeteners!

Fruit seems to have no adverse effects on me. I eat fruit in moderation, mostly berries with some grapes or 50 grams of mango occasionally if the family says they're particularly good. Berries always get paired with hwc or deli style cream cheese. I maintain keto-adapted even including fruit, haven't kicked myself out yet. As far as sugars go, I find the grams don't matter for me as they're included in the carbs.

You're also young (in your favor!) and not metabolically broken (like me!). :D And this ^^ is the perfect example of why I said (above) that there is no one rule for everyone. Every single person alive's metabolism is different... OP, you have to find what works for you!
