I knowingly let one of my goals slide. I got home yesterday and felt so bad that I barely made it awake past 7 PM (and I overslept this AM...LOL...should be well rested!). I was below 3 yesterday, but still plugging away. Plans this weekend to finish up moving things out of the house that's going on the market and get the lawn done, so there should be plenty of opportunity for movement!
As of 7th - 22.04
8th - 3.06
9th - 2.23

My goals in July are 120 miles, 20 days over 10,000 steps.
July 1 -7 --> 32.5 miles.
July 8 - 5.2 miles - 11491 steps ( 5/20)
July 9 - 3. miles
July 10- 4.3 miles
Lots of yard work to get done this weekend ....going to be really hot out so will have to make sure I drink lots. It is really smoky so will also have to be careful about breathing and sunscreen - forecast +32 Celsius.0 -

My fit bit says 2,500 steps is a mile. Cuz I am short? 5'2" Boo hoo. I thought 10k was five miles.

I havent made any goal for July and I Guess I should.
I want to stay over 6000 steps a day. And hope to get up to 170 km/100 miles during the month.
So far I have:
73 928 steps/6 160 a day, 56,25 km/4,69 km a day (same as 34,16 miles/2,84 miles a day)
This weekend we were at my Brother in laws farm and helped With the gras. Havent driven tractor for ages, so that was pretty fun. Didnt get much steps though since there was no time for long Nice hikes.
Hope to get some done this week in sted. Have a Challenge in the area that is called up on 10 tops. To get the price you have had to been on at least 7 tops. So far I have 4 Together With this Group it is a great motivation to get out walking. (+ the geocaching O.o Have become addicted to geocaching)0 -
I let a 2nd day slide and it was worse than the first!! Did get a lot done this weekend and more to get done this week. Haven't hit my 5+ days in a very long time...this week's goal is to have at least 1 day at 5+. Maybe if I set some shorter goals, I'll have better committment to them.

I have finally joined a gym, I wanted to do some strength training so the challenge was to continue my 8km morning walks while studying full time at uni, working part time and going to the gym in the evenings so I am happy to say that I have managed to it do all in the last two weeks, I know its gonna get harder once I have to present exams and assessments, but I guess is all about determination .
