Just wanted to start a discussion about what everyone's rewards are for losing 10, 20, 30, etc lbs.
I splurged on my 10lb loss and got a pastry yesterday as my reward instead of considering the consequences.. and gained .2 lbs back.
I'm going to set up a non-food related 20lbs loss reward of new walking shoes or a purse.
Anyone else want to share their weight loss rewards?
