Hey Peeps!! So sorry that I didn't post a challenge this week. I haven't been well but I am MUCH better now and rejuvenated! Since I did not post a physical challenge this week. I would like for you all to post ideas for next weeks challenge. I would also like for you to take a moment to reflect on how far you have come, whether it be weightloss or not. Think about all that you have learn, the small changes you have made, the goals you have set for yourself, and why you began this lifestyle in the first place. If you want to post questions for others this week, do so under this topic. Remember no one ever said that this journey is easy, without set backs, without breaks...LOL!
