We are going to start this on Carly's birthday!! Thought we could use a mini-break for the weekend! So...think about your small 'bite sized' goals for our mini challenge!! 10 days is really nothing....it will go by quickly!! Some of us have weight loss goals, exercise goals, and even personal goals. You choose! Will start a new thread for this challenge on the 13th!! Everyone is welcome!!!

    This was a year ago, but it was all about mini-challenges. I think the intention was to set mini challenges (like walk 2000 steps every day or get 8 glasses of water daily) specific to where you are and where you're trying to go, and then update daily whether you will achieve them. @mmitti

    Sadly, our group leaders have had some health issues and have been absent here for some time.
