Hello Losers!
I will try yet another challenge to see if I can stick to this one and keep going. I almost made it to the end of the July
challenge with checking in but not great results in weight loss.
I have come back from week off on our sail boat and I gained 3.2 pounds. This was with riding my bike twice and getting
over 20,000 steps on my Fit Bit. So I will be weighing in on Thursday for this challenge.
I am leaving tonight for a weekend Yoga Retreat with my daughter. All vegetarian all the time! Maybe I will lose a pound.

I have not lost much in the past few months, and in fact I have gained a tiny bit since the end of the July 4 challenge, but I am ready to get back on track after 2 1/2 off for vacation. Let's do this!

My body seems to love being 207-208! Every time I get closer to 205, that weight just comes right back the next week. I know I wasn't 100% good this week, but even when I didn't eat my normal food I should have been at a deficit.... Going to hit the gym hard today to sweat off this pound (again)

Just a slight loss this week, only .4 but i know i didn't exercise nearly enough. Will work harder this week! Good job everyone - stay positive!!!
