  • I'm actually trying to take a step away from technology (he says, totally contradicting himself by posting about it on a website) but I might just look at Yogaglo....

At the top of the home page I think there is a link called my yoga. Do it down and there is an option for beginners. This is where I started and from there just explored. I love it. All the teachers I have tried have been great so far.

I started doing yoga everyday starting on the 1st of January.

I was using my iPad for ages, but it was getting really old, and the videos were starting to cut out, so I started using my laptop. It's working out well so far.

Thanks! I watched a few of the beginner series videos. It starts slow, but I can't wait to really dig in. Needless to say I shelled out the money, so i'm all in now.
