ok I I did the circuit this morn , managed it 1x.
Took approx 20 mins including warm up & stretching.
By my FITBIT burnt off 22 cals.
It's supposed to be my rest day today lol I did feel it in my legs when squatting,had to rest after 20.
Sit ups (With stability ball) stooped at 20 rested a few secs. Push ups could do the full 20 ( with stability ball)
