    Ok So today I tried on a dress for my sisters wedding.in a fairly trendy high Street shop. Rockabilly style with a big underskirt, polka dots and a halter neck. Size xl which is apparently a UK 16-18 thougj it seemed very generous.

    It fit!!!

    So have decided to not.buy the online one but get one from this shop as it gives me longer to lose weight because I can go in and buy one the week before.

    This challenges goals
    -Lose 4lb to hit my four stone loss
    -Week 3 of c25k to be started
    -Exercise six to eight times
    -Get the house finished

    Woohooo, good for you Lise on the dress! Your goals for the challenge look great.

    I'm dragging today--too tired to think! But a friend is coming over for some girlfriend time, so I need to get shaking.

    I need to go back and cut and paste goals. Exercise? Meal plan? No sugar. I think that's it. Hope you are all more awake than me!!

    Well, for my goals....here goes:

    1. Treadmill 8 days out of 10 (gotta rest some day!) Get my speed up and try and stick it out for 55 minutes each time I am on it.
    2. Drop 2 pounds!
    3. Move towards going sugar free....at least a step in the right direction. Will use honey.
    4. No bread....did that on this last 10 days and did ok with that.

    That is about it! I think these are going to be manageable!!

    Everyone have a great day! I already met my treadmill goal today, sugar free did well too, and no bread! yeah!

    Hello all!

    My goal for this 10 days is to:
    1. Drop 3 pounds
    2. Work out for 300 minutes
    3. Stick to my food budget
    4. Do my push ups every night

    I had a fantastic weekend. My best friend got married to a wonderful lady. At the wedding I ate well and burned a lot of calories on the dance floor haha. I went on a hike with a group of friends on Saturday and the view was amazing. I am looking forward to this next 10 days.

    Hi guys! I finally got up and went to the gym this morning after several lazy weeks. It actually felt good. I have been energized all day as well.

    So that being said, my goals:
    1. Go to the gym at least 3 days this week (fri-sun is not an option due to childcare)
    2. Lose this last pesky pound to hit my original goal weight of being 190lbs!!!

    Hey gang,
    I had a lovely visit with a good friend today
    who left a note on my fridge: Self Care Is Not Selfish.
    I think I'll use that as my mantra for the remaining weeks of summer.

    How will I care for myself for the next ten days?

    ---By exercising daily for 30+ minutes
    ---By avoiding sugar and processed carbs
    ---By planning meals and snacks
    ---By doing one daily maintenance activity

    Time to journal too, I think, but not as one of my challenge goals yet.

    My goals-

    10,000 steps minimum each day
    Eat breakfast at least 3/5 work days
    Get rid of at least five things from closet that are too big
    Drink 12 cups of water daily

    Thanks, everyone for the birthday wishes. I'm sorry I haven't been around, but I've been dealing with a personal legal matter (for the better), and I'm just utterly overwhelmed. I'm not doing much of anything, except ironically, sticking with most of my goals from last challenge. I have some new things I want to post for the next challenge, as I think I just have too much going on this challenge to do much of anything.

    So I guess this challenge is:
    Do one thing per day to reduce my stress and survive this ten day stretch.

    So far so good... Should be back swinging next time around. I'm still here, just behind on reading posts.
