July 13th goals

Morning all. Hope everyone had a nice weekend.

Todays goals
1. Post the spreadsheet (sorry about it being so late)
2. Go for a run after work and after I post the spreadsheet
3. Drink 8 glasses of water
4. Get to bed at a decent time (last night I didn't go to bed till 1am)
5. Stay within my calories

    Log food for the day
    Get at least 7 hours of sleep tonight
    Eat no highly processed foods
    Get errands/tasks complete before leaving tomorrow for a few days away.

    Goals for today.
    1. Make sure I get water in.
    2. Get to workout and do Power class and Kickboxing.
    3. Get groceries for the weeks meal plan.

    Goals for today and the week (since I'm posting late). I'll monitor and report on these each day this week.

    1. Follow my workout plan for the week (today's workout--strength/circuit training)
    2. Bring lunch at least 3 days
    3. Stay within calories every day
    4. 5 morning workouts
    5. Work on getting at least 6 hours of sleep per night
    6. Weigh myself and write down the weight every day

    Slowly slowly sneaking my way back into running...... Ran again at the track.... Increased from 1.25 to 2 miles!!!! And lost a little weight... Doing better with calories and net calories....
