Tuesday, June 18: Long Cardio

The type of cardio you do today is up to you, but we want you to get your heart-rate up for at least 45 minutes – If you can do 60, even better.

Suggestions: (Jogging, swimming, power-walking, aerobics, bike riding, etc…)

    Got in a quick 35 min run before work and aiming for a long walk after work if the weather holds up.
