and I'm already hungry!!!! That may have something to do with the pint of ice cream I ate yesterday in a very weak moment. This way of eating has taught me so much about my body and how it reacts to foods. love it (even when I'm hungry)

    Keep strong, @kgb6days! I also find that if I have too much sugar the day before a fast I will feel extra hungry on fast day. I think it's a sugar crash thing :) Just keep thinking "I can have it tomorrow", you can do it!
