July 14th goals

I got most of my goals yesterday minus my run so I woke up early this morning and ran before work. I really need to kick my butt in gear since the 5k is only 3 weeks away and im not use to running during the summer heat/humidity. I usually avoid it and run on a treadmill

Todays goals:
1. drink 10 glasses of water
2. don't eat back exercise calories
3. c25k week 1 day 2 (complete)
4. finish cleaning the full kitchen, including mopping the floor

    Long day at work for me today. I'm by myself until 1:00 and work a public service desk. I REALLY hope I don't have to go to the bathroom because I can't leave the desk. lol I was running late for work this morning so I forgot to bring my water and snacks. Oh well. Guess I'll need to bring extras tomorrow and start leaving stuff at work for days like this.

    Today's goals:
    1. Just survive the day :smile:
    2. Drink water
    3. Log food / don't eat back calories

    Yesterday:

    1. Follow my workout plan for the week (today's workout--strength/circuit training) -- did, and felt really good about the workout

    2. Bring lunch at least 3 days -- Monday was one of my lunch days

    3. Stay within calories every day -- woohoo, actually managed this one ;-)

    4. 5 morning workouts -- Monday and Friday are my no morning workout days according to my plan this week

    5. Work on getting at least 6 hours of sleep per night -- nope, more like 5

    6. Weigh myself and write down the weight every day -- did this

    Today, so far:

    1. Today's workout is biking, and I rode my bike to work. Plan to ride some extra miles in the evening before riding home.
    2. Decided in advance that I could buy lunch today.
    3. Working on it!
    4. Yes, morning commute counts.
    5. Nope.
    6. This was more challenging than expected, as my scale batteries decided to die, but I managed to find the right kind of batteries to replace them on hand, so done!

    And just for fun, here's a photo from my morning commute. Sadly, it's more crowded in the evenings on the pictured part of the trail. It's maybe going to be raining this evening, however, although the weather predictions are consistently wrong this year so who knows.

    Log food for the day
    Get at least 7 hours of sleep tonight
    Eat no highly processed foods
    Get errands/tasks complete before leaving tomorrow for a few days away.

    Yesterday: Logged, got almost 7 hours of sleep, ate no highly processed foods, completed most of my errands/tasks.
    Today: The goals are the same as yesterday. Except that I hope to be able to leave for a few days today. If not today, will be early in the morning.

    My goals for today
    1)drink lots of water
    2)stay away from sweets
    3) stay in calories
    4) start 30 day plank challenge
    5) kettlebell
    6) run/walk ( my knee is bothering me a bit so we will see what I can do. at this point i will be happy to even get a mile in as it has been a while since i have done anything.)
    7) It my day off so I need to get my laundry done and apartment clean as well.

    Goal for the rest of this challenge
    post goals on here everyday and then post how i did on the previous days goals as well. This will make me more accountable.

    Love the picture.

    My goals today are to:
    1. Drink water
    2. stay with calorie goal
    3. Do Zumba
    4. Get to bed early. (or get to sleep)

    Thanks for the comments on the photo! It was fun to remember to take a photo for once. I'm going to try to more often.
