In your macros do you just mentally subtract your fiber to get the net carbs? I am over on my carb allotment but that would be better with the fiber count. Is there a way to get net carbs in my macros?

Hi, yes there is a script you can run which will subtract it for you - http://cavemanketo.com/configuring-mfp/

But honestly, I kind of loosely track both. If I eat a lot of veggies, like tonight I had a mess of broccoli, I count net. But for pretty much anything OTHER than veggies, I count total carbs. So for me, normal foods: 25 Total Grams Carbs. Veggie heavy day, 25 NET Grams Carbs, 50 TOTAL Grams Carbs. That way, I don't let it get too out of hand.
