On target. It's such a habit now that I don't want to not get in my 10,000 steps a day. I even got them in last week when my dad died. It was comfort to me just to go off walking by myself with my thoughts.0

Struggling again this month. Fighting to get back on track. My fitbit died at some point yesterday and I didn't discover it until late in the day. At this point, my goal is to beat last month...and I'm not on track to do that with the numbers I'm doing so far.

My mileage goal is still doable, but I've got to get out of the funk I've been in and get to it!!!0 -

July 1 -14 --> 61.6 miles. (6/20)
July 15 - 2.9 miles

It is hard to get things done when you are in a funk, take it one day at a time. You will make your goal this month.

Saturday was pretty good. We went to a baseball game and parked about a mile away with plan to take the shuttle...after waiting a while and it not showing up, we walked! Sunday...not so good. Didn't put the fitbit on until about mid day, but really probably didn't miss too many steps.0 -
