July 16 goals

I got a gym membership 2 weeks ago. Today I am going to the gym at lunch time. I have been going to the gym daily for the last 2 weeks. So I am good with that but my eating is another story. We are fixing up our house and it has been a kitchen buster. I have not been doing so bad this week. So my food goal for the day is just to ensure that I eat at home.

That's how it often is--one thing is working, but something else becomes a struggle! Glad the gym is going well; I like to go at lunchtime too.
I'm enjoying focusing on the same goals all week, although some are going better than others.
My yesterday was okay:
1. Follow my workout plan for the week -- yes, got in my morning swim and some extra gym time (weights).
2. Bring lunch at least 3 days -- did not
3. Stay within calories every day -- 3/3, yay!
4. 5 morning workouts -- did this, so that's 3 days of 4 so far.
5. Work on getting at least 6 hours of sleep per night -- nope, terrible
6. Weigh myself and write down the weight every day -- did not, because I had to basically wake up and leave immediately to make my swim
Today, so far:
1. Morning run
2. Brought lunch (so that's 2 of my 3 days, with one to go)
3. Working on it!
4. Yes.
5. Closer than I've been. Bed at 10:30, mostly slept until 4.

Yesterday's goals
1) drink lots of water
2) take daughter to dentist
3) take other daughter to 1D concert
4)day 2 plank challenge
5)walk/run get step goal
6)laundry
7)stay within calories
8)eat at least 3fruits/veggies
1)check 2) check 3) check 4) check and my abs are a bit sore today because of it at least that is the only reason I can think of the my lats would be sore. 5) I went for a 2mile run & a2 mile walk my fit wasn't working for these but when I did get it working it showed 4 of the 5 dots complete so I am pretty sure I made my step goal even if it isn't registered. 6) check 7) check 8) unfortunately all I had again was one piece of fruit.
TODAY'S GOALS
1) drink plenty of water
2)/stay in calories
3)day 3 of challenge is rest day
4) eat at least three fruits/veggies
5)get step goal
6)get on bike
7) laps in pool
8) take my measurements
