    Hi! Sorry I've been so inconsistent lately, I haven't had regular access to a working computer and I hate trying to type a post on my teeny phone screen.

    I'm in travel status again for the next three weeks, two of it in a training class with candy bowls in front of me for eight hours a day :(. Unlike last time I have my kids with me so the best I can hope for regular exercise is walking, although I'll try to make use of my resistance bands at least three times a week. Katie you'll probably be in Portugal by the time I get back!

    Monday - elliptical + resistance bands - completed
    Tuesday - walking
    Wednesday - none
    Thursday - walking + resistance bands
    Friday - walking
    Saturday - walking + resistance bands
    Sunday - walking
