Hip Pain

Hi Guys,
I'm in week 5 and have developed hip pain over the past week or so. I assume it's bursitis maybe? I'm wondering if anyone has gone through this and how you got past it? It isn't unbearable pain and it generally subsides during my run - it's most noticeable after I've been sitting for a while and go to stand up or when I'm laying on my side. It feels like my hip is bruised but it isn't.
I just started icing yesterday and trying to stretch my hamstrings. Any other advice? Thanks!

I had hip issues in the beginning of the year. Nothing helped and I had to stop running for 5 months! I don't know if it is the same as my pain was not only when I had to get up but got worse when walking and running.0
