YESTERDAY'S ACCOMPLISHMENTS

1) drink plenty of water
2)/stay in calories
3)day 3 of challenge is rest day
4) eat at least three fruits/veggies
5)get step goal
6)get on bike
7) laps in pool
8) take my measurements

1) Check 2) Check 3) Check 4) check 5) I did not meet this goal i only got about 8400 steps yesterday. 6) Got on the bike at the gym for 20 min. It said I went 11 miles but i don't know if I believe that or not But I guess I just need to take it at face value. 7) i did 21 laps in the pool. I have a small pool. 8) I took my measurments

TODAY I want to accomplish
1) drink lots of water
2) stay in calories
3) day 4 plank challenge
4) kettle bell
5) walk run for steps but also for miles
6) eat at least 3 fruits/veggies

    Way to go!

    I almost forgot to do this today.

    My yesterday was pretty good:

    1. Follow my workout plan for the week -- yes, morning run
    2. Bring lunch at least 3 days -- did this
    3. Stay within calories every day -- yes
    4. 5 morning workouts -- yes
    5. Work on getting at least 6 hours of sleep per night -- nope, but a slight improvement
    6. Weigh myself and write down the weight every day -- yes

    Today, so far:

    1. Morning weights
    2. Brought lunch (so that's 3/3)
    3. Working on it--saved lots of calories for dinner out
    4. Yes. (4/5 already and the weekend should be easy)
    5. Finally, yes!
    6. Yes

    Same goals for the weekend too, plus a big goal for a long bike ride tomorrow.

    Log food for the day
    Get at least 7 hours of sleep tonight
    Eat no highly processed foods
    Complete camper tasks and go swimming

    Logged yesterday and today.
    Got at least 8 hours of sleep last night, maybe more. (I think my body's in shock)
    Ate only the good stuff that I have at the camper to cook.
    Weeded and fluffed the flower beds at our little camper's lot and then swam for 20 minutes.

    By Saturday evening, I guess I'll be back in the real world. I'm anxious to escape again soon. B)
