Just had to share this...saw a friend of mine a couple of days ago. She said, "wow, Jillian michaels is doing wonders for you!" I chuckled because I thought at first she was being sarcastic. My other friend said I look at least 20lbs lighter than I did when I had my daughter 3 months ago. Little did she know I've only lost 5 lbs since I've had her!!!! Lol I thought to myself maybe I am one of those people who don't lose much but appear smaller

Those are the great response, especially when you say, no, not much lost, and they look you up and to to figure out why they were wrong.
