I am puzzled by the before and after pictures posted on weight loss programs. How do we get rid of the loose skin after weight loss?

    Since it is genetic who will and who won't have loose skin I would guess that those photos that are not
    Photoshopped are those that have the better genes.

    I have loose skin and I keep going back and forth on actually posting photos of my loose skin, I think it would actually be nice to see some real people and realize having the loose skin is not the end of the world. It is a byproduct of the reality that I got fat and stayed fat for way too long!

    While I truly wish I could wear shorts I know that the reality is that it will more than likely never happen, even being a size 2/4 I will always be a fully covered 2/4.
