So yesterday I accomplished everything but my kettle bell workout. I also added in another 21 laps at my pool last night.
Today I want to
1) drink plenty of water ( at least 3 of my nalgene bottle)
2)stay in calories
3) get my steps
4) day 5 plank challenge ( done)
5) 3-4 fruit veggie servings
6) bike ride
