I'm repeating my goals from last week:

    1. Follow my workout plan for the week
    2. Bring lunch at least 3 days
    3. Stay within calories every day
    4. 5 morning workouts
    5. Work on getting at least 6 hours of sleep per night
    6. Weigh myself and write down the weight every day

    Last week's summary:

    1. Did this 7/7
    2. Did this 3/3
    3. Eh, 5/7: blew it on the weekend
    4. Mostly: 4/5, but all for were on the weekdays which is what really matter to me
    5. 3/7 -- not great
    6. 6/7

I'm struggling a little, but it's generally good since it has forced me to actually get in some rest, and I think my sleep is improving.

I think I hit the bed hard last night, I felt like a rock.

I am starting the C25K workout as I am doing a 5K in August. I found that running is not as scary as I thought. The 5k is a run/walk so I am sure I can do it.

My goals this week are to:
Wake up early and go for a run,
    drink water,
    do workouts,
    and log

Mostly bad week for me, but I am really happy anyway, as I faced my fear and did my Olympic-distance triathlon on Saturday. I wasn't that nervous about the distances or completing it (mostly), but about the open water swim, as I hadn't done one yet this year (yes, I'm as terrible at sighting as I ever was, so managed to swim lots of extra distance) ;-), the whole transition process, and--especially--the biking, as I was convinced I'd crash or something when trying to race for the first time with my new clipless pedals. All went pretty smoothly, though--especially the biking--and the hardest thing was the thunderstorm that took place during part of the biking portion. But it wouldn't be summer 2015 in Illinois without rain, I guess. Other than that the weather was pretty nice!

Lemurcat12. I am so proud of you! I am trying to just get to 5k and look at you! I can't swim, so an open water swim would scare me to death.
