I'm struggling a little, but it's generally good since it has forced me to actually get in some rest, and I think my sleep is improving.0

I think I hit the bed hard last night, I felt like a rock.
I am starting the C25K workout as I am doing a 5K in August. I found that running is not as scary as I thought. The 5k is a run/walk so I am sure I can do it.
My goals this week are to:
Wake up early and go for a run,
drink water,
do workouts,
and log0 -

So far, so good this week. Now to make it through the weekend.
Wishing everyone a happy, healthy weekend!0 -
Mostly bad week for me, but I am really happy anyway, as I faced my fear and did my Olympic-distance triathlon on Saturday. I wasn't that nervous about the distances or completing it (mostly), but about the open water swim, as I hadn't done one yet this year (yes, I'm as terrible at sighting as I ever was, so managed to swim lots of extra distance) ;-), the whole transition process, and--especially--the biking, as I was convinced I'd crash or something when trying to race for the first time with my new clipless pedals. All went pretty smoothly, though--especially the biking--and the hardest thing was the thunderstorm that took place during part of the biking portion. But it wouldn't be summer 2015 in Illinois without rain, I guess. Other than that the weather was pretty nice!0

Lemurcat12. I am so proud of you! I am trying to just get to 5k and look at you! I can't swim, so an open water swim would scare me to death.0
