My downfall has always been actually getting something made for dinner, no matter how I'm eating.
There's a store called Fresh & Easy in Phoenix that I absolutely loved. They sell such crazy things as foil pans with seasoned meat & veggies with butter & seasonings that you just toss in the oven for a bit, then eat. I started thinking, there's no reason I can't make my own.
I'm going to come up with a list of veggies & meats that I could do this with and see if when I start LCHF again, I can't stick with it for a bit longer.

Along those lines,
My next Social Security check is due on Wednesday--and we are buying a small chest freezer. (not only can't afford anything bigger, there are only 2 of us and we cook most of the time, and we don't have room in our apartment for anything bigger anyway). I am SO looking forward to being able to freeze dinners from our left-overs!
I am learning to cook LCHF. Getting a new cookbook from Amazon next week, but you know how it is: we have X number of favorite recipes and repeat them indefinitely. Anyway, what I hate most is waste. And if we have too much stuff in the refrigerator, some of it gets pushed to the back of the shelf--and I wind up having to throw it out. That should be a thing of the past when we get the freezer.
And I will be able to save more veggies from my garden. YAYY!!
So, please share your list and recipes. And label them LCHF right at the top, please. TY.0
