So this is my second shot at low carb... I lost about 30 lbs the first time, then I fell off the wagon with too many cheat days :( Ive gained about 20 of it back in a very short period of time... like 4 months... so I NEED to do this again.. I tried it and was successful for about 4 days and fell off again...
My question is, should I stick to just meat and cheese for a week to get a good jumpstart on it... are there supplements I can take for appetite suppression? I feel like I just cant do it again... and its weird because I KNOW i works but I cant leave the food behind.. :(

Low-carb is appetite suppression. You simply can't fall off the wagon. Yeah, I know, easier said than done. Figure out your triggers and avoid them like the poison they are.

Keep at it. I'm glad you came back to it before you regained everything. Keep at it. Clear your house of triggers and avoid buying them when out. If it isn't there, you can't cheat... at least not easily.

Sticking to meat and cheese sounds like a good idea. Especially if your carb choices are higher in carbs than you think (like sweet potatoes are too high for me!).
I am reminded of when I did Atkins nearly 15 years ago - the induction phase was very strict, and it was intended to be so that you learn what works. You then slowly add in the carbs - starting with leafy greens. (If all I ever got to eat again was steak and salads, I think I would be one happy girl!) It is when I started to let myself eat "a few berries" or "a little bit of rice" that I would justify a little more of this or that. I mean, aren't they good for you - full of vitamins and such? I would argue. Not for me, not anymore. Did I miss them - sure, but I am in this for the long haul. I want to not only lose weight but improve my health.

What is your motivation? Are you thinking this is a short term solution that you will stop when you reach a goal weight? That might make a difference in how easily you "fall off the wagon." Just like alcoholics who are serious about never drinking again must remind themselves every day of their pledge, we carboholics have to do the same thing. Because "just this once" can be the killer of this WOE.
Will you stumble occasionally? Yes, of course. But if you have the mindset that this WOE is what you really want, it gets easier to forgive yourself and return to the plan at the next meal.

Also, no matter how much I craved carbs, I fueled my body with fats first. Then, if I absolutely still wanted something carby, I would only allow myself a lchfmp version of the craving. 99.9% of the time, it worked. I was a google recipe searching fool at first! Super upping the fats and sodium at first is what helped me through that initial bit.
