My dream is that one day handstand walks will be on my top 3 list (when I can FINALLY do them)

So interesting to see how different everyone's fav/least fav movements are!

    Top 3:
    1. Double Unders
    2. Snatches
    3. Squats of any kind

    Worst 3:
    1. Muscle ups (Can't do them yet ughhh why???)
    2. Clusters
    3. Kettlebell Snatches (I'm terrible at receiving them and always bruise my forearm)

    Some tips that might help.

Thanks! I took a kettlebell course which helped, I just need to remember to keep a loose grip and that "spear" tip when I start to get fatigued. Now that I have muscle ups i'm replacing them on my worst list with rowing ha-ha

    1. HSPU
    2. Squats - any of them, including OH
    3. Squat Snatch - learning to love them, though I'm not very good

    Bottom 3..
    1. Running - 3 years of CF and I'm still last
    2. Box Jumps - short legs and shin stitches in Jan
    3. C2B - I have a really high pullup, but can string my C2B

I feel you on the short leg thing. I LOVE box jumps but if you expect my 4'10 *kitten* to do Rx box jumps when Rx for women is 24"....HAHAHA NO.
