Thoughts to ponder, quotes to enjoy, pictures to laugh or cry at
My first thought for the day...
I am a massive Dr Seuss nerd hence my tattoos. One of my favourites being the Lorax. There is a very pertinent quote I'd like to share
The book is about caring for the environment but it struck me last night that its about caring for YOU too. Unless you start to care for yourself and make YOU a priority things will not improve.
And thats my thought for the day so I will repeat it

Diet I am mid stair case Im still working stuff out. Brain stuff i vary from the bottom step to about 3/4 up and exercise I think Im maybe a step away from the top

I'm at the "I'll try to do it" step for way of eating. I never knew all the carbs in different foods and I'm trying to keep carbs under 50g a day. I'm doing my best. It's all I can ask for. Keep trying, never give up and do my very best.0
