July 21 goals

Today is going to be one of those days that just drag. Its not even 10 and its starting to feel that way. I think I will be doing a few laps around the building to keep awake.

1. keep hydrated (its a hot day again)
2. laundry and go for a run while the clothes are in the washer (since I didn't do it yesterday)
3. avoid snacking on junk food
