Anyone lose more inches vs weight on the scale while low carbing? Just hoping that when I see the scale stop budging that I will still lose inches
Please tell me your success with inch loss!!

I've lost 12 pounds, but continue to have to draw my belt tighter. I'm not strictly counting calories, because I'm in a healthy weight range.0

I seem to lose inches while my weight cycles up and down, then suddenly it drops. Its a bit maddening and cool all at the same time0

I've lost a bra size and about to go down a pant size and haven't lost but 8lbs. I was getting bummed about that, but I'll take inches gone over a silly number any day of the week.0

This. My weight fluctuates and "stalls" (not a true stall because it's not 4+ weeks on end) while I keep having to buy smaller clothes.0 -
Then I'll lose 3-4 lbs in a week. It seems random but usually the loss happens just before TOM, if memory serves me.0

Generally if my scale stalls, I'm losing inches and vice versa, as long as I'm eating on plan. Since I went low carb 6 months ago, I think I've lost more inches than pounds - around 20+ inches, 2 full pants sizes, a bra size, and half to a full shoe size down.0

Yes - I have experienced it too.0

I'm losing waist inches like crazy, but the scale barely moves now. At some point one of them has to change!0

Same here. For the first 50 days of being in ketosis the scales did not move but I lost a notch on my belt. Then I lost 10 pounds in the next 30 days.
Low Carb works but it can be very different from person to person.
