Activity Level for Figuring TDEE

Hey guys! I'm trying to figure out my TDEE - but I'm a little lost on the activity level. Can you help me out? Here's a break down of what I do:
- Everyday walk for at least 60 minutes at 3.0 mph (not very fast or difficult)
- Twice a week run/walk intervals. Run 5.2 mph for 5 minutes, walk 2 minutes at 3mph
- Full body weight lifting circuit 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes. I also do quick cardio bursts in between sets (amounts to 10 minutes of cardio)
What level do you think?

First, don't ruin your opportunity to get the most out of your lifting by trying to turn it in to cardio.
You can NOT lift as heavy if your muscles can't get recharged in the rest, fact. Eating at deficit, even worse effect.
Use this for rough estimate.
