This has become a favorite smoothie for me...
1 frozen banana, peeled
1 orange, peeled
1c. unsweetened almond vanilla milk
1/3 tsp. cinnamon
2T ground flax, hemp, or chia seed
1 scoop Body Fortress protein powder
5 cubes of ice

Throw it all in your Ninja in this order and blend! The taste is like a cinnamon crunch cereal! Amazing flavor. And it gets me through without wanting to snack until lunch.
