    I don't know...Rach and you are more well versed nutritionally than me...I keep falling way short, can we do most under everything ;)

    Let's call it minding our macros month. We have to be under, but by no more than 100 cals, and we can be over on protein by 10g?? What do you think peeps??

    to catch up.. realize I didn't do so well food wise on vacation. ate too little and drank way too much..
    7th: 20+ (8th) 30+ (9th) 40= 90. Didn't log on the 6th and cannot remember what I ate so zero for that day.

    thankfully, we are tracking sugar. I was over on everything. I find post leg workout I crave the carbs.. and last night I ate them. so yesterday 10 + 90= 100. time to mind my macros.

    I'm SO late to this...not even gonna bother going back...yesterday was a 20 (carbs and fat good) calories too far under, and sugar over...grrr...I've GOt to be super careful for the rest of the month - wetsuit in public on the 23rd and bikini on the 30th...

    was so hangry yesterday, I ate all the foods. My son made a garlic bread pizza for supper last night. I had mine with no cheese and lots of lean hamburger with veggies. anyway killed my cals and carbs and protein was too low, but damn it was good and when someone else cooks I am HAPPY. so I am thankful we are tracking sugar.
    150 + 10= 160. I suck again this month Michele. least I am consistent

    Total - 350

    So this is based on:
    - Calories not over or under more than 100
    - Carbs, Fat under by any amount
    - Protein under or over by any amount
    - Sugar under by any amount

    This is based on the following:
    Calories: not over can be at the zero mark and if under can not be under by more than 100 (realizing now this is too high)
    Carbs, Fat, Sugar : not over can be at the zero mark again if under by no more than 10
    Protein: can be under by no more than 10 or over by 10

    . Sunday was a carbalicious, stress eating day (Zero for the day) Did well Friday and Saturday. 210+90=300

    Lol... who could hate you? I think I counted it even if it was more than 10 under for the macros...

    Actually, it is hard coming within 10 grams of a macro without going over. I'm eating almonds one at a time at the end of the day trying to hit that sweet spot lmao

    Cals & sugar... Came VERY close on the macros, within a couple of grams

    340+10=350. I must increase my protein and decrease my carbs. glad we are tracking sugar.
