Hey All, what should the challenge for August look like? Or should we have one at all?? I would like to continue. what say you?

Let's call it minding our macros month. We have to be under, but by no more than 100 cals, and we can be over on protein by 10g?? What do you think peeps??0

Its our protein, carbs, sugar, fat and overall cals for the day0

to catch up.. realize I didn't do so well food wise on vacation. ate too little and drank way too much..
7th: 20+ (8th) 30+ (9th) 40= 90. Didn't log on the 6th and cannot remember what I ate so zero for that day.0 -
thankfully, we are tracking sugar. I was over on everything. I find post leg workout I crave the carbs.. and last night I ate them. so yesterday 10 + 90= 100. time to mind my macros.0

I'm SO late to this...not even gonna bother going back...yesterday was a 20 (carbs and fat good) calories too far under, and sugar over...grrr...I've GOt to be super careful for the rest of the month - wetsuit in public on the 23rd and bikini on the 30th...0

was so hangry yesterday, I ate all the foods. My son made a garlic bread pizza for supper last night. I had mine with no cheese and lots of lean hamburger with veggies. anyway killed my cals and carbs and protein was too low, but damn it was good and when someone else cooks I am HAPPY. so I am thankful we are tracking sugar.
