yeah...I've been logging but as you can see, not here...and pretty much to low to get me any points anyway and triathlon sunday so I should be eating more the rest of the week..protein's been a huge issue for me - I may need to look into protein powders, need more fuel...0

you can get some great tasting protein powders Michele. add some frozen berries, some spinach and some raw oats and you have breakfast on the run.0

8/18: 20 + 280 = 300
8/19: 40 + 300 = 3400 -
350+10=360. Wasn't feeling well last night so I had three biscuits with jam for supper and that put me over on cals and carbs.. go figure.. anyway fat was ok, protein was way too low.0

my weekend food was terrible. thankfully we are tracking sugar.. 380+10=3900

went over on cals and carbs last night.. too low on fats and protein (only by 17) anyway 390+10=4000

8/24: 20 + 390 = 410
8/25: 50 + 410 = 460 (woo hoo! finally! lol)
