^believe it or not, this eating style was better than my current situation which seems to be the 9pm meal 24/7. :-(
My MIL got here and so far she's been busy (gone shopping or cooking) every morning and I haven't felt especially inspired to run anyway. TBH, I think I've given up for as long as I'm still here. MIL has also fallen prey to all the ridiculous over feeding here. Is it just a Southern thing, or just my family? Idk. Anyway, heading North Monday for about a week and a half before going home. Already looking ahead to returning to Greece. We fly to an island for a month the NEXT DAY after arriving Greece. Thank goodness that's a short flight.
I feel EXTREMELY sidelined as far as my health and goals. I just wasn't ready for what I faced here. I have to be much tougher mentally before I come back here again. Full, sit-down, restaurant meals with multiple appetizers plus entrees every frigging day is rough!!!
Sorry I'm still not on regularly or keeping up. Just really absorbed with family. Got some bad news on several family members health and just trying to spend time together.0
