I have one more week on phase 3 before "maintenance". I started working out and doing the 21 day fix routine. I am wanting to transition into their diet program for portion control and because I still want to lose some fat while toning and building muscle. I'm worried though that I'll mess it up. Worried about putting on more chub. I know my weight goes up with muscle so I only go by measurements but I'm just so concerned. Any advice?
