Hey there, my name is Suzanne. I have been struggling with the B.E.D for about two years and am still trying to seek path to recovery. I binge for all reasons and just about everything triggers my binges. I am also looking for friends in the same boat and wants to recover as well. Feel free to add me. :)

New to this group as well. I have been having issues since I was in high school. I would starve at school, embarrassed to eat in front of my friends, and wolf down a batch of cookie dough in my room, before my parents got home at night. I have gotten better, but it is a daily battle.

Hi ladies! Definitely feel ya brigit - I've done it all from late night multiple fast food stops to obsessively eating candy bars which I dont really even care for to eating so much broccoli I blow up like a balloon. Would love to just stop the unhealthy mental and stay at my natural weight.

I love the term "my natural weight" !! Thanks DucksandOrang for that :)
I am also trying to get back to a healthy mental state around eating.
One of the biggest predictors of my state is the amount of veggies I eat in a day. Lately zero. ..
today lots of fruit, and that is good, but its the bulky, fiber and nutrient filled veggies that really help regulate my blood sugar and lower the cravings. I can't seem to make myself eat them right now, though!!
With out them, I am constantly on the verge of binge eating.

I'm bumping the thread..didn't want to make another thread just like this to keep repeating it. I've been binge free for nearly 2.5 weeks or so. Still looking for friends in the same boat who is supportive and non judgemental. :)
