Sucks that you are sick, but you've made it this far, you can do it! You might have to slow your pace down, and keep telling yourself not to stop, but you can do it!

If you are really sick, then don't run. It is not worth it.

Week 5 is tough, but doable. I was on vacation in Cancun that week, and while d1 and d2 were fine, the heat was too much for me to complete d3. I ran most of it, walked the rest, and then repeated the week when I got home. At that point d3 was not hard at all!

    Good luck.

just do what you can. and then try again. if you don't first succeed, it's perfectly ok

Thank you for the support all!
I just finished W5D2, and felt like I was going to give up on both D1 and D2 runs, haha. But I didn't! I am feeling better now (thank goodness)! I think I'll have to redo D2 before attempting D3 though, I just don't think my stamina is up to it

@JasmijnRF Just curious, why do you say not to run if you're sick? Is it actually detrimental, or will I just not get the best run out of it (obviously)? I know doing too much keeps me sick longer, but I take medication then feel kind of okay and can't really sit around and 'rest'.

@Syleyna Just go for it! You will probably have to slow down and keep telling yourself you can do it and you will! Great job on making it this far!

It makes sense to not exercise when sick. But I rarely do what makes sense. Last week I was sick and still attempted my workouts. I felt so much better afterwards.

Unfortunately I don't sleep very well and hakve 2 young children so getting sick (too often) is just a reality for me. If I stopped doing exercise whenever I got sick, I'd never get anywhere.

I did it!!! So totally proud of myself! W5D3! I wasn't even struggling at the end. Thanks for the push @Just_Ceci :D
