Editing a found food entry

I took my son to Taco Bell for lunch and decided to get the steak cantina bowl for myself. I wasn't even thinking and didn't order it without rice and beans, but I just picked out all the lettuce and steak and was able to get most of the salsa, guac and sour cream without the rice or beans. So then I searched MFP for a no rice, no beans version and the closest one I found also said no guac. But it says 14g carbs. I kinda doubt the small amount of lettuce and tomatoes had that much. I realize the steak has a marinade on it, but it still seems off to me. Also, the calories on the full version per website say 500, and the entry I found is 345. Seems like all that rice and beans would account for more than 165 calories...
Even if I knew how much it should be, I guess I can't edit the entry??? Do I have to create a whole new one?

I'd just add in individual items as best I could.

I would either create a new one, maybe as a personal food, if you're going to be eating it often. Otherwise I'd just estimate the amounts.
