Remodeling my temple

Hello Fit Club,
Pastor Jonathan challenged us on Sunday (6-16-13) to be better stewards of the body that we have been given. This temple had been in disrepair and neglect for some time now and I'm not too proud of that fact. I have pushed the furniture around and even slapped some paint on the barn, but I need to go further.
