My apologies for the late creation of this week's WINS thread! I had a grad party and my sister's FIFTIETH birthday party (she's my older sister - so it was fun to harass her ) yesterday and didn't get home until late. Hope everyone has some great stuff to report this week!

Ok - as you may have noticed from the post above, I had picnics this weekend. :P And this week in general, I didn't do too great on the calorie intake. I don't think I went over what will eventually be my 'maintenance' calories any day, but I definitely didn't eat at my 500 calorie deficit every day either. It just seemed like I was hungry all week! But I did manage to still lose .6 lbs, so I'll take it!
Also - on a lighter note (pun intended - har dee har har!) - I was doing Jillian Michael's yoga meltdown with the ladies from work last week, and we all decided to see if we could do headstands! Lol! It was pretty funny - and - I actually did one!! Got it straight up and was able to hold it there. It's been 20 years since I've tried that.
I signed up for a 'Mud Run' in October over the weekend too - so now I've got to get ready for that. Not sure if I'll be able to do all the obstacles, but it should be interesting! Have you guys ever done one of those?0 -
I forgot I was going to post some pics from my Wyoming vaca! I still have to get a bunch of them downloaded off my phone - but here's one of me and the hubster on top of Rondezvous Mountain in the Jackson Hole, WY (The Grand Tetons). It was incredible up there. I have some pics of the sheer drop-offs up there that people actually ski off of. It's crazy - I'd die!

I love Jackson Hole. The area was just wonderful. My girlfriends and I was just talking about this was our favorite road trip.0

Small victory today - I wimped out on my lunchtime workout because I had a 1pm meeting and so I made the excuse that I didn't want to be all sweaty going into my meeting. Then, I let my lack of motivation talk me out of my usual afternoon 20 minute walk as well. BUT, when I got home from work, I changed my clothes and did my workout and then went up on my treadmill and did my walk to get my 10k steps for the day. Better late than never I suppose!0 -
