July 28th goals

Morning all. Hope your morning is starting out better then mine. I spilled half of my protein shake I made for breakfast all over my car. So going to the coffee truck on morning break to grab some fruit salad to replace my missing shake. Hopefully things get better from here.
Todays goals:
1. no junk food
2. get to bed by 10pm
3. drink 10 glasses of water.

Sorry about the frustrating morning! Mine was less than perfect also: overslept (mainly because my cat woke me up at 3:30 and then I went back to sleep--always oversleep when that happens), decided to skip riding to work and fit in spinning instead, as I would be too late to get a decent spot on the bike rack (sigh, I never want to go spinning), and realized I didn't have any meat to include in a lunch since I was unable to make my planned pork in the crockpot overnight since I was missing some ingredients that I will pick up tonight, so decided to buy lunch again).
Buying lunch is okay--there are plenty of healthier options around my office--but I just need to get back in a routine.
So the big goals: prepare lunch for tomorrow and get in my workout!0
