I was doing well on the program and was going on to week 4 until I stopped due to a shoulder injury. I am clear to start doing the program again but I have not done anything for about 3 weeks now. Do I start completely over or start over week 3?

Everyone is different- go out and try w3d1 but don't be discouraged if it's too hard and you have to drop back even more. You might surprise yourself!0
