July 29th Goals

Well yesterdays no junk food didn't happen. I felt like junk after eating way to much of it.
Todays goals:
1. Actually hit my protein goal (ive been pretty close the last few days)
2. get to bed by 10pm again
3. pick up my CSA goodies
