This has absolutely nothing to do with working out or eating well, but it made me laugh so I posted it.

Glad you're finding more of a routine with food, Sherry! Do you have allergies? Or is it something else causing the chest issue?

Sorry the house hunt is so stressful, Marla. But that's something that's worth making sure it's right. It's not that easy to change your mind if you buy the wrong one. Hopefully you & your husband can find one you agree on!

Hopefully Val is enjoying her vacation!

I wasn't feeling well yesterday. Probably allergies but there's a bug going around the office, so I made a quick stop at the store then went home to rest. I was in bed with my book by 8:30 and fell asleep fairly early. Of course then I was awake at 4:45 this morning, but I got a few projects done before work since I was awake anyway.

Running group tonight. Turns out we're going to the same state park where I ran on Saturday, so this time maybe I'll go right instead of left. My leg is still a little crabby with me so hopefully it goes okay. My trainer has been making up my run/walk intervals as we go along, so when we discussed on Monday he said he thought I should back off a step to the last intervals I didn't have problems with. My running intervals will be the same but I'm going back to 90 second walk breaks (we had dropped those to 60 seconds).

This is going to sound mental but I am getting panicky about the heat, its 108 today and I told my hubby who wanted me to drive the 45 mon to Y alone I am not going unless you take me! I assumed he would say no because last night he wanted to stay home but he instantly agreed to take me.

I am soooo glad he did, it was a wonderful nia class, the zen yoga moves at the end filled me with peace.

Love the kitty post as I have 2! I hope you feel better soon.

Sherry do you have a doctor in the states you can go to? I know exactly how you feel on vacation and without people you can normally call. My saving grace has been my doctor in old area doesnt know i moved yet, i am putting off telling her because they have a great email system i get advice and meds from. I just said i am on long vacation.
